College Living is looking for a Temple Marketing student to hire as a part-time intern this Spring. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are all welcome to apply.
Founded in 2005, College Living is a quarterly free magazine dedicated to celebrating the essence of the collegiate experience in the cities of Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and New Brunswick. Through humorous, informative and compelling content that appeals to the common interests of the city’s most coveted demographic, CL captures the youthful exuberance that defines today’s college student.
The magazine, which enjoys a 30,000-plus circulation in the areas surrounding institutions such as Temple, St. Joseph’s, Villanova, La Salle, Drexel, University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers and several DC area schools, is currently seeking area undergraduates to serve as sales interns.
This is an excellent opportunity for people interested in sales, journalism, and media to work on the inside track of a publication other than a school newspaper. Solid writing/language skills are a must; background/experience in editorial work and a strong written or visual portfolio is a definite plus. Most importantly, CL interns must be motivated, independent thinkers. This is your chance to take the initiative and a widely distributed publication your own.
If you are interested in this unique and beneficial opening, apply on FoxNet by 11/19/10
